Fall programs are for designed for athletes who are not on school teams, but are looking to prepare for tryouts next year or to stay in shape.

This is a great introductory program for our youngest. During these sessions, our goal is to introduce athletics to the girls, basic movements and coordination, teamwork, and confidence throughout the fundamentals of volleyball, all while instilling excitement and love for the game in each player. Plant the seed and watch them grow!!!
Mondays at 4 p.m. starting August 2nd
This is a great fit for beginner or Middle School athletes to work exclusively on their Serving Skills: toss/positioning/point of contact/power/precision. We cover both, standing float and jump float techniques. You can expect to work on the toss breakdown, footwork, point of contact, and accuracy. One hour loaded with detailed instruction and repetition.
The top focus of every class is holding athletes accountable to work towards clear set goals in order to gain unshakable confidence and learn strategies to ensure success both on and off the court.
Saturdays at 9 a.m. starting August 7th
Fall Training is a great opportunity for athletes to be a part of a positive team environment while working to improve mentally, physically, and fundamentally.
Monday & Wednesday at 5 p.m. | August 9th - September 1st | September 6th - September 29th

School of Volleyball is an excellent fit for those who want to enhance all of the volleyball fundamentals, as well as basic volleyball IQ. There are two levels, Rookie+ and Advanced, to cover athletes with limited experience and athletes with advanced skills who are preparing to try out for school/club teams.
Tuesday & Thursday | Rookie + at 5 p.m. | Advanced at 6 p.m. | August 10th - September 2nd | September 7th - September 30th
Open gym includes a total body workout that athletes can come in and complete during the open gym window at their own pace.
