Summer Camps are now open for registration!

Summer Camps are ideal for middle school and high school athletes who want to elevate their mental and physical fitness. We will offer different camps every week, such as All-Skills, Positional Training Camps, Setter Specific Training, Beginner Training, & more!

16-Week Programs

BOA signature programs, School of Volleyball and Fall Training, are offered in the off season, during spring and fall, January through April and August through December, respectively. They are designed for a variety of ages.



 

Mental Performance Coaching

Our Team Mental Performance Coaching Program is a 6-week introductory course that’ll cover topics such as Goal Setting (Telescope vs Microscope), Mindset (Growth vs Fixed), Forming the Right Habits and Routines, Time Management, Stress Reduction, and Putting Process over Outcome (Controlling the Controllable)



 

Strength & Conditioning

Coach DJ works with our athletes to develop strength in musculature that will enhance jumping and moving with competence along with injury prevention. Classes are held Monday - Thursday with open gym on Saturdays.



 

Bootcamps

Bootcamps are 3-week programs that focus on developing and/or improving a particular skill. They are typically offered in the first three weeks of December and first three weeks of May.



 

Skills Clinics

Clinics are a drop-in program offered throughout the school year on a weekly basis, usually the weekends.



 

Individual Sessions

At BOA, individual sessions are either one-on-one (one coach to one athlete) or small groups (one coach to 2 or 3 athletes). Individual sessions are great for athletes who want to put in additional work in areas of their choosing.



 

Online Training

Guided training that athletes are able to perform in the comfort of their home or backyard.



 

Team Camps

We offer summer team camps for middle school and high school teams. These camps are designed to improve overall skills and functioning of a team. Camps are completely flexible in duration and location. Coaches interested in scheduling camps should send us an email to hello@blockoutacademy.com.



 

Custom Groups
